ISO Website Builder with Conditional Variants and Filters

I'm desperate and have spent hours trying different e-commerce website builders. I'm looking for a builder that allows conditional variants on products or if it does not, the ability to delete variants and remove them as options from the store front. I also need a builder that allows filters on your main product page. I can't do more than $30/month for the service at the moment.

Some background…my product starts with a print/pattern and then there are specific items for each print and then each item has a specific size.
