E-commerce Operations Pain Points?

What are some of the operational pain points you're experiencing as an e-comm? I'm talking after the sale, behind the scenes. Order flow API to fulfillment? Bad addresses? Fraud? Stock outs? Tracking? Returns? What are your headaches that are keeping your company from being as efficient as you need. I've run Ops for multiple e-comms and it seems like a lot of them are managing via spreadsheets, especially with multi-channel sales. Finding a 3PL that has great fulfillment AND great tech for order flow is a challenge. Managing tracking and carrier expectations… what are your headaches and how do you solve them?
