Sometimes I am contact by a customer asking if their order went through or saying they were unable to complete a webstore order. I use WooCommerce with PayPal. Is there any way to figure out why this might be happening? I don't get contacted about this daily, but a few times a month. I'm not sure how to even start with troubleshooting something like this since it happens sporadically and I don't know how many people are running into this issue and not telling me. Is there anything I can do to try to fix this or is there an outside service I can hire that would look into any issues my site might be having?
