Website database managers?

Has anyone ever had to find database managers for maintaining their website and creating a database of users who signed up with things like pay walls to restrict access to ones that have not paid.

I contacted various database managers on Godaddy and all but one responded.

I want more than one quote, though. And godaddy pro seems to be the only website I can find for finding people such as this.

For WordPress website that will be already structured for them to swoop in and add the database functionalities.
