I'm looking for a good fulfillment center that ships for cheap within Canada. Canadian shipment of parcels are very expensive ($13 + tax), are there any fulfillment centers that could lower the shipping cost? (I know letter/slot mail is much cheaper, but are there any fulfillment centers that are willing to do it?)
On another note, if I use a US fulfillment center and ship to Canada, but don't sell to the US would I need to worry about US sales tax?
