Email marketing for Abandoned Cart

I’m looking for some insights, some studies and some advice. (Excuse my English I’am French)

I work in a fashion brand we have trouble with abandoned cart with shopify checkout.

I want to go full default and very professional but I have concerns that it will only finish in promotions files. My partners think that we need to go direct to make buzz and create a real relationship with clients.

From the data we have (clearly not enough for me) customers have 3 forms of behaviors

Customer A: add everything he likes and then select the one product he really need and buy it

Customer B: add everything he likes then go else where

Customer C: add and then go away

We’ve got a high cart value (80,00$+) so we rushed in the bundle domain very quickly but besides that we are in the blur.
