Inspection companies just hand their inspectors templates to fill in while charging you $xxx anyway?
Where do you see the value of a paid inspector? Especially since relying on someone else to do the work means risking mistakes, slacking off or at worst being bribed. Also doing paid inspections gets expensive if you audit multiple suppliers and have inspections for multiple stages of your order (pre/mid/post production). It seems like an expensive way to accomplish true quality control. Thoughts? Alternatives?
