Should I do a voiceover or have more text?

I’m making a PowerPoint on how to effectively talk about your sponsor on YT but I’m not sure if I should have a voice over and talk through the PP (which would be very poor quality and unconfident) or include extra text in the slides to cover what would have been voiced. Any recommendations?
