What is the preferred store layout for a 1 product store.

Hey guys, I'm working on a business idea set to launch in less than a months time. I will be selling a single product (not drop shipping).

In your opinions, what performs best for one product stores?

1. Landing page, customer lands on the page and the website is built as a single page. The product page is basically the only page on the website.
2. Regular website format. Customer lands on a dedicated home page, and would need to be redirected to the product page.
