So im in charge of connecting our ecommerce to our warehouse.
We have an account number with UPS with negotiated rates. I put said number into big commerce and the shipping is off. Worst thing is its under our shipping cost (We are losing money).
Any one have experience with this with a fix. After contacting support they said it could be a connection issue but what is the solution?. Should i change the dimensions or weight of the products until i get close to the shipping cost?
– Added both accurate weight and dimensions that we input direct to our ups manifest system.

If its not too much to ask how do some use ecommerce with distribution? for example are there ways to make big commerce understand the difference between residential and commercial?
