Would it ever be reasonable to sell a book as a product for 100$ if it’s through YouTube click conversion?

The book will obviously offer a lot of value for the cost, but what I've found is that cost is subjective and usually means nothing about the content inside of it. How would I know if people would really be willing to pay 100$ for an e-book? Is it the status and perceived value around it what matters most?
