Would keeping posts or videos short potentially push away a long-term audience and make it harder to build a cult-following because of the lack of perceived intimacy?

For my vision, I'm planning on driving my niche audience to buy my products (e-books, community memberships, and a video course) by making 3 minute long videos with valuable information, action tips, and feel good stories. My face will only be used in the product page and "about" section of the website.

With the format above, is it possible that I might drive away a long-term audience? If it becomes stale, or the audience doesn't feel attached, then that's obviously not ideal. What are ways that I could increase the perceived sense of vulnerability? Would it be best to change my content style every year by seeing how others in different markets are succeeding with their content, and then experimenting with that in my domain?
