What are your thoughts on conversational SMS marketing?

The experience for the customers is similar to the Live Chat, except that it can have an even more personal feel, since chat is commonly associated with anonymous, impersonal tech support interactions, and can take couple hours for an agent to be live, while text conversations are still perceived as much more human, instant and got that weird balance between being immediate and not-immediate.

So far, it works great for me, but curious about other use cases.
