Suggestions on A/B testing subscription pricing vs one time transactional?

Let's say you have an online that is transaction based (e.g. 100+ digital products that have a one-time flat fee price attached to each of them).

But then you're thinking of switching to a subscription business model. (e.g. user pays $x per year to access all of your products)

Would a suggested way to go about this be to A/B test a separate landing page to promote the subscription offer + hide current shop?
