Best payment gateways?

What are the best Payment Gateways out there? What are your experiences with them?

I was thinking about Stripe since I cannot use ''Shopify Payments'' due to me living in Switzerland.

Weirdly Stripe states that they don`t do business with drop shippers…

My store is going to be targeted at only the US.
