Return QA Process

Have a friend that's trying to put together some training docs for warehouse staff in terms of how to deal with returns sent back to their fulfillment center. They run an apparel store.

Would anyone be comfy sending me a sample of what you use or just giving me the general idea of what you look for? Few questions we're struggling with:

  1. What defects do you tell them to look for for each returned items?
  2. Do the defects you look for differ per product category (e.g. shoes has one check list, but other apparel items have another)?
