Graphics on Tshirt Sleeves: Yea or Nay?

Hey gang. I'm in the process of getting started with print on demand. Right now I'm leaning toward printful, although I'm still not 100% sure since Printify has MUCH better prices on things like mugs. Probably will use WooCommerce, but I'm also torn between that and Shopify. Anyway…

What are your thoughts on putting graphics on sleeves of tshirts? Maybe one side with the store's logo, and something else on the other, or nothing. The biggest issue of course is that this adds cost. However, I also perceive it as screaming "THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT!"

Question is, what will sell more shirts? One listed at ~$20 with only a graphic on the front, or a ~$25 shirt with stuff on the sleeve(s) such as logo, and maybe an American flag or whatever goes with the niche? Have any of you tried selling the same design both ways? How were your results? Because the way I'd price them, the margins would be the same. So it's really a question of if that perceived quality would convince more buyers or not.

Thank you! I'd really appreciate any experiences / tips you might have. 🙂
