When I started importing product I had major tunnel vision and looked at my manufacturers agent as a machine and forgot that he was just a normal person as well. The other day I saw it was his birthday on his skype account and had a bottle of wine delivered to his office and I guess this doesn't happen to often because he really appreciated the thought. My following quote from him had significantly better prices. Win win for both of us.
