Success with AfterShip and GSO (GLS-US) shipments?

Hi, I'm having trouble configuring GSO shipments with AfterShip. For some reason none of my orders will update with shipping information, but if I input the same exact tracking ID as one of my orders into and select GSO it works perfectly (shows status and location history).

My only enabled courier is GSO so I'm not sure why it isn't working. I've contacted AfterShip support, but it hasn't been very helpful.
