AMA – I’m Justin Singletary, founder & CEO of, an e-commerce 3PL service that’s shipping millions of B2C orders to more than 150 countries annually. I’m here to discuss operations post COVID19, the upcoming peak season, carriers, or anything related to e-commerce logistics. Ask away!

Hi reddit! I don’t frequent reddit much (quite busy these days) but considering all the craziness going on with logistics and e-commerce shipping this year I thought my insights and advice would be valuable to the reddit community.

I run a global e-commerce fulfillment company that primarily serves low sku high volume sellers on Shopify and more than 70 other popular e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including Amazon, Ebay and We employ a variety of carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS in the US, and many other carriers at our international fulfillment centers.

I’m here to answer any and all questions related to your e-commerce logistics and shipping concerns, especially for the coming peak season. I’m here with fellow e-commerce enthusiasts and fulfillment team members, Bob Billbrough and James Rowland to help answer any questions that may come up.

I’d like to thank the community and the mods at r/ecommerce for the opportunity to share our insights – I hope we can help!
