I scheduled a set of ads and sent it for review. Soon I got an email telling me I violated the policy and ad account is disabled. So I quickly requested for a review.
Here is the confusing part, I got another email saying the ads are scheduled for running after I sent the account review request (so they passed the review, right?) and I thought my account was reactivated.
However, later I discovered that I’m unable to do anything on ads manager because the ad account is not active.
Now I went to the page to request for review, it doesn’t show my banned account anymore.
Has anyone encountered this before? How do I know my request is received? And whether are my ads still scheduled for running (I can’t click into the campaign to see details nor delete the ads).
