Payment processor recommendations for Shopify webstore in a controversial industry?

I have a Shopify web shop that sells hemp seeds (no THC or CBD products). I have been turned down by payment processors such as Stripe and bitPay. My business is located in the EU if it helps.

I am interested in accepting both credit cards and cryptos with currency exchange to euros included in the service. Preferably with a Shopify plug-in.

Can anyone recommend me some services I could look at?
