Importing products from BigCommerce to Facebook catalog

Been struggling for a few days now, after some struggle we were able to connect BC to FB and got our products in the catalog manager. Problem is when importing, the SKUs and categories didn't import over. Instead of our own SKUs there seems to be a random one assigned by FB.

How would I go about fixing this? I've tried deleting the catalog and reuploading but same thing happens. It makes sorting them into sets and stuff really difficult. Thanks!
