I’ve recently created a webshop with a domain where “booty” is involved. Will this effect my ad campaigns?

I don't know if this word is in any way prohibited on sites. The word is also individual, as the rest of the domain-name is spaced using –> " – "

The instagram account i just made automatically got spam-locked. I contacted them, waiting for an answer because i don't know wether "booty" has anything to do with it.
