I use Shopify. I often get fraud alerts for purchases (10% probably). Sometime it's when a friend orders a product. So it's definitely hyper vigilant. And other times it's warranted. My question is how do I handle these? How do I investigate further? What should I look at to be concerned, or should I reach out to the customer? What do I ask?
