Platform to build e-commerce site

Hello,

I'm very new to e-commerce and I'm planning to build my company site with internet shop support. I suppose I will need to choose any of existing frameworks in order to build site. By framework I mean something similar to WordPress. What are main frameworks are currently popular?

I think I will have low traffic with low quantity of sales transaction site. What platform to build this site would you recommend to use?
