Instagram account keeps getting blocked

Hi everyone,

Anyone else have this issue where your business instagram gets blocked if you follow too many people? I overdid it once and lost certain functions for a week since they thought I had a bot, but not literally does not take much and I get blocked from following, and it does not say when it expires. Once it was a few hours, this time seems to be a week?

Is there any data on this or the patterns they look for?
