Back in early March I made a payment to a business using Amazon payments. The card was charged immediately. The charge stayed on my card for over a month. After a month and a half of not receiving any responses or information about my order from the merchant, I opened a dispute through Amazon pay. After numerous attempts by Amazon to contact the business with no response, Amazon pay sided in my favor and refunded me in full.
Last night I received a shipping notification from the business. I don't see a charge on my card. At this point I have no interest in the items as I got them elsewhere. Amazon can't rebill my card, can they? Six months later? Wouldn't this be unauthorized, since it was decided and then never contested?
