I am new to Klaviyo, and I wanted to personalize the Order Confirmation e-mail. I created a personalized order confirmation email under Flow in Klaviyo.
The Flow will trigger once someone has Placed Order. (with my personal email)
My question is though, I have nothing for that in Email Templates in Klaviyo, and in my Shopify back end, I preview Order Confirmation under Notifications and it still shows the old one.
Will the next order receive my updated personalized email, or will the customer receive the previous version.
