Hey everyone,
I wanted to ask what your opinions were on having Live Support on an e-commerce site. Since I work from home I'm actually able to handle all the queries and questions that come through. I've never had anyone chat yet 500+ visitors.
Do you think this is something helpful or would you find it annoying seeing in the corner of your screen? If it makes a difference, I sell high ticket jewelry.
Would love to hear any other input on this topic!
