I'm looking for some brands and companies to study for inspiration. My company sells a manual wheelchair direct to consumers, so our audience tends to be age 50+.
Currently, we use a very sales-team heavy business model as older audiences tend to need more phone conversations before feeling comfortable making higher-end purchases (in my experience). But we are looking into moving to a more low-touch ecommerce model where purchases would not rely on calls with our sales teams.
Does anyone know of companies/brands/websites that successfully sell more expensive products to older audiences?
