Hi all, I work for an eyeglass company that is solely based online. Since Thanksgiving, we have consistently been having issues with USPS not scanning our packages as accepted thus consistently showing "Preshipment status" on our packages days after they have left our facility. If it were 1 or 2 orders I'd understand but currently, it's hundreds of orders over 4-5 days. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or is it just our local Post not scanning their incoming packages correctly?
