Hey everyone, I've been a longtime lurker here but I would need your help.
I've been working together with an e-commerce store and we've been receiving multiple cancelled orders with wrong telephone numbers. I'm aware that people leave their cart, or click on pay and then don't proceed – but in this specific case (wrong phone numbers, sometimes wrong addresses), is it a scam attempt or something similar?
And in any case this is helpful: We have ads running and this usually happens when we launch the ad campaigns.
We've also tested all possible devices and payment methods and everything went well. Technically there shouldn't be any problem. Would be thankful for your suggestions!
