We take returns for a full year and cover return shipping.
On the one hand, this gives our customers confidence to shop, on the other hand, returns often end up being a total loss for us. We've got ~1000 unique products, so it's not that common for us to be able to get a returned product back into circulation. Further, our returns often come back with slight imperfections, which we don't hassle our customers about.
