I’m relatively new in product based ecom with multiple stores ranging from 0 sales to scraping profitability.
After multiple failures, I realized that the biggest reasons are a lack of understanding of my niche and thus a lack of a unique marketing angle.
For some of you more experienced people, how do you determine your top 3 most compelling angles to test? Obviously there are a lot of different aspects to this question. What are some of the most important characteristics of a demographic that you look to market to? Do you take their biggest pain point and test each applicable emotion from the life force 8?
Thanks for any advice. This seems like one of the most fundamental aspects of marketing and I really would like to understand it.
