It’s been an amazing December so far. But with that, also came the crazy amount of shipping delays from every single carrier. For those in the US, I’m curious how everyone dealt with the delays. I ended up changing fulfillment to UPS and FedEx over the last few weeks to shift away from the USPS madness. My products are fairly high ticket with an AOV of around $300 – $400 and so I did not mind upgrading everyone away from USPS.
Curious to see what people are doing to respond to all the customer service emails and what everyone is doing to calm down the customers who didn’t get their items on time lol I’m generally interested in learning how everyone adapted to these crazy times.
