So 2021 is the year I'm officially going full time with my online businesses, and in the back of my mind I've known for a while I need to get my legal/tax situation figured out. Until now, I've been keeping the finances relatively separate (new bank account for business earnings, personal credit card only used for biz expenses), but I'm sure there are probably things I need to/should be doing with LLCs, etc. I'm based in and only sell to the US. Any advice on what my next steps should be here? Do I need an accountant, or a lawyer? Is LegalZoom good enough for this? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
