Supplier ‘Rights of Recourse’ and Liability insurance?

Hi guys, any of you had any luck getting Rights of recourse with your Chinese supplier? Any tips?

Also if I can't get it, does anyone have insurance comapny suggestions for liability insurance that allows to just pay higher premiums without 'rights of recourse'?
