Anyone else sell adult-themed products? How do you advertise them?

I sell an adult-themed product (think penis-shaped water bottle) and very few advertisers have policies that will allow advertising it.

I'm thinking influencer marketing is probably my only option here, but does anyone else have any relevant experience they can share?
