Supper annoying misrepresentation error with Google. Can’t get a real person on the phone.

I have been dealing with this for 2 months and honestly feeling very helpless.

I have gone through ALL the requirements with a fine tooth comb and still can’t figure out what the issue is.

I have hotjar recorded on the site and saw a visitor from India literally spend 1 minute in the site and then send me this email:

Your Merchant Center account is in violation of the following policies: Misrepresentation Google doesn't want users to feel misled by the content promoted in Shopping ads. [link to policy] In determining whether a merchant and/or site meets our requirements, we may review information from multiple sources including your website, product listings, accounts and third party sources.

So annoyed by this. I called in to Google support and they mentioned going through the review is the only way. When I try the review (currently in cool-off) they reject me in 2 hours.

I’ve rewritten the shipping, return, privacy, terms and conditions. I manufacture this product myself, no dropshipping.

Does anyone have any real advice?
