How to get started with advertising/PPC?

Hey y'all,

I'm looking for some advice on marketing my brand and products.

A little backstory, we've been in business for 7 years now in the small gift/paper goods/stationery niche. We do really well wholesaling, and also have a fairly popular Etsy shop that mostly receives sales through organic search.

I know we have great art/products because our stuff is stocked in over 500+ boutiques and retailers across the US & Canada with a ton of repeat business!

Here's the problem, we suuuuuck at driving traffic to our retail website. Like, really bad. Lucky to get 1-2 sales a day bad. We have a decent-ish follower base on IG, and promote our posts there. We've given Facebook Ads a try and it was pitiful how few sales we were getting compared to our spend.

I'd love some advice from some different folks and maybe even a referral to someone that can help us get set up properly with some ads!
