Holiday Sales – Refund Policy

Howdy, so I got a quick one here. If you do promotional sales on your store (Christmas, New year's, etc..) and you mention on your refund policy that orders made during these promotional sales are non refundable. How do you go about it when they dispute it with their bank? I know the simple answer is to show the bank screeshots of the refund policy but I feel as if that nowadays that still wouldn't work because of how much the customer is favored in these situations. Thoughts?
