Create a look a like audience from my Traffic campaign ?

Only did a bit of testing to warm up the pixel with traffic campaigns and launched a conversion campaign for short time until I got banned and don’t think it was done properly. Coming back to the traffic campaign, I got 2.310 link clicks from 33.648 impressions wich results in a CTR of almost 7%. This is pretty good right ? Thinking about creating a look a like audience of the people who clicked my ad, or should you only do that with conversion ads ?
