Abusing Returns

So I’m a pretty established Amazon company, with marginal success on my own website. I’ve noticed that when I offer BOGO50 off, some people will try to run little scams on you. I had one customer order 4 shirts, try two sizes on and wants to turn 3 of them. That’s a $120 sale. I have on my site “store credit only” which I haven’t implemented, but I’m super tempted to on this guy. As of now, I’m getting an email ready that’s going to assess: $10/shirt restocking $5/shirt shipping Full price for the shirt he keeps $40

Total refund: $35.

Not playing. Is this a terrible idea? I have a size chart on my site and state all of this in my policies. An I opening a can of worms? Thanks for your thoughts…
