How do I instantly send a digital license key after someone orders?

Hello,

I'm am planning to build a webshop which sells digital license keys. The keys are not randomized generated. I need something to upload the keys in bulk, and when someones order the product it will instantly deliver they key to their email adress or on the website it self.

I have not yet made a website so it can be any type e-commerce website maker, like Woo-commerce, opencart, magento and more. I just dont want to work with shopify.

I hope someone can help me out with this.
