How would you order the impact of different CRO changes?

There are an infinite number of variables you can test. Everything from the product images, page layout, CTA, offer etc.

But what are the most impactful CRO changes you can make?

For me, I'd say the biggest change I've seen has been from the checkout experience. How does adding to cart work? Is it a side dock? Does it redirect to cart afterwards? Go straight to checkout?
