[Question] Tiffany Blue

We all know Tiffany and Co. have patented Tiffany Blue like hell and unlike any other company has before. But to my knowledge thus far is that Tiffany and Co's Tiffany Blue patent extends to their products which are jewelry and accessories. So it shouldn't theoretically be a problem if I use that color on a shirt, right? I mean the other day I was in a CK store and saw a sweatshirt that looked alot like Tiffany Blue but they had it on sale and were plainly selling it (I might have bought one). So that's my question can I sell a shirt or something similar with the Tiffany Blue color (naming different ofc) without getting in trouble? Thanks
