Social Media Engagement: Replying to Prospects?

Hi All,

As I continue to grow my e-commerce site and run different campaigns for each step of the sales funnel, I have been inundated with DM's, comments, messages, etc. across Instagram, Facebook, and my site's contact us page.

I completely understand that this is expected – however, I wanted to hear the community's feedback at what point is enough, enough? For example, some of the questions are repetitive and answered within the comments by myself, or clearly on the site. Some are questions asking if I do wholesale (I don't).

So I was wondering – how do you guys manage these kinds of inquiries across all these platforms? Do you reply to them all? Do you ignore the ones least likely to convert? Would love to hear about different experiences 🙂
