Is This A Relevant Metric?

Say I'm looking for products to dropship from Oberlo. Do you ever factor in how many times a product has been imported to other Oberlo stores? Is this a relevant metric?

If product A has been imported to 1500 stores, and product B to only 95, does that make product A the winner, or does it just mean that product A is a hell of a lot more saturated?

Would love to hear your thoughts!
