Hi, An unreasonable customer has been creating new accounts and bombing us with 1-star reviews all day. We went from a 4.9 to a 4.7 rating almost immediately.
Please help – we worked hard for 80 5-star reviews and this guy is single handedly ruining our reputation on Google.
